“Nature is vibrant and so are we”Preview this thursday at 6:30pm in our Alliance Française Gallery. As always the entry is free and you are all very welcome to join !Colours represent…mood, energy, enthusiasm and lot more. Both the artists love to play with vibrant colours.
Their fondness for brighter hues represent the positive side in all creations,activities and happenings around us.
About teh artists:
Pratibha Dhal, 43, is an ardent Art lover, Artist and an Art teacher since last 18 years. She completed her BFA Degree in Painting from Govt. college of Art , Chandigarh in the year 1997. She also holds a Masters degree in Psychology.
She is greatly inspired by mother nature-the vibrant colours,wonderful textures and hundreds of geometrical patterns mesmerize her.She is an admirer of great masters Van Gogh and Gauguin ‘s works.She is equally inspired by her Art Guru- shri Shakti Singh Ahlawat,one of the best portrait artists in India. She loves to paint in various mediums but Acrylics are her favourite.Her subject show an array of flowers, birds,human…etc. but she is fond of painting KOI CARP. According to her these vibrant colourful creatures teach us a lot about life’s philosophy. The colours, the energy with which they move is mesmerizing.Painting is her true calling as she feels painting helps her to meditate and connect to other elements in nature as well as her inner self.At times she dreams the textures and tries to create them on canvas.
She has participated in Group shows both at national and international platform.She has received best Art teacher award for her performance as a mentor by CFSD.
Her Art works are a reflection of hidden feelings and a captivating secrecy connecting various elements.

Artist Sangeeta Dhar, 33, has been passionate about painting since her childhood days. She honed her skills further under the tutelage of SIRI Institute for Painting in 2017. She loves to take up challenges and experiment different mediums. Sangeeta expertises in Sand painting, Knife painting and Fluid Art. She uses water colour and various other mediums but her favourite being Oil paints. She possesses a very vibrant and positive personality which is evidently visible in her Art works too. Her choice of topics vary from heroic characters to wonder of nature .She has participated in various Art shows in and out of Hyderabad. She is the recipient of PRATIBHA Award, in the year 2017,in SAK, Tenali.
At present she is working in MSQAA, C/o DRDO, since last 9 years. Her eagerness and passion for Art is the driving force behind her beautiful Art works. Please visit the ART EXHIBITION –VIBRANCY and appreciate this passion.
