Mr. Earnest Immanuel, Director of IIHM Hyderabad conferred the TEACHERS’ DAY AWARD 2022 on our Director Dr. Samuel Berthet for “Outstanding Contribution to Education in India”. Indeed a proud moment for Alliance Française of Hyderabad and the French network in India.
Dr. Samuel Berthet is the Director of Alliance Française of Hyderabad and a historian in his own right. He has a rich experience in the fields of education and research and has a special corner in his heart for the Indian subcontinent. Among many of his engagements, he is currently working on a collaboration project on documenting and analysing the history of Indo-French scientific co-operation over centuries with emphasis on Hyderabad. He has been the Director of AF Hyderabad since 2019 which has seen several innovative steps in the field of education during his tenure.
