Voice of AFH: French Karaoke and Multilingual Open Mic at Alliance Française of Hyderabad

A French Karaoke contest for francophones and French language students of AP and Telangana. Rules and Regulations:
1. The Karaoke contest will be held on Saturday, 18th June from 2pm.
2. The contestants should all be French speaking i.e. students of AFH, French language students of schools and colleges, French language teachers of AFH/schools/colleges/institutes or French speakers (Francophones)
3. Read the form carefully before filling, consider all options and choose the option best suited for you, in the order that it appears in. For ex: If you are a teacher and also a francophone, choose Teacher option since it appears before Francophone in the list.
4. There will be limited contestants allowed in each category. Hence the aspirants are advised to fill the forms as early as possible to reserve the seats. DO NOT wait for the last date.
5. You can participate in different categories. But fill a fresh form for each category and only 1 entry per category per person will be allowed. i.e. you cannot be part of multiple duos or multiple groups.
6. If you are a French teacher/professor, choose ONLY category “Prof”, you can perform solo, as duo or as group, but ONLY with other teachers for the contest.
7. Even if you are coming only as spectator, registration is compulsory. Choose ‘Spectator’ even if you fall under any other category but DO NOT wish to contest.
8. In the event of the registered contestants not showing up, up to the discretion of the AFH team, the contest may be opened up to spot entries. But the contestants are advised not to rely on this.
9. Contestant registration verification will begin at 2pm on the day of the contest.
10. Contestants have to bring their own mp4 files of VIDEO karaoke (even if uploaded here). The files should be of good quality and should not contain the singing voices (only music and text of lyrics in video).
11. The decision of AFH team on the winners will be final and binding.
12. After the contest, the floor shall be opened to all present(registered as Spectator i.e. preference to those who have not contested in the French Karaoke) for Open Mic where they can sing IN ANY LANGUAGE. This will NOT be a contest and no prizes will be awarded for this.
