About Devika Das
Devika Das is an award-winning author, actor, and theatre artist based in Hyderabad, known for her work across literature and stage. Beginning as a poet in her teens, she has since written acclaimed books including the national bestseller “The Mind Game,” relationship fiction “7 Vows of Marriage”, poetry collection “Reminiscence” and the Hindi novella “Meghna.”
A dedicated theatre performer for over two decades, she has acted in numerous plays and short films and contributed to a world record in theatre with Nishumbita School of Drama. Her contributions to literature and the arts have earned her honours such as the Dr. Sarojini Naidu International Award for Working Women and the Changemaker Award from SIWAA.
About Dr. Sravannthi Maya
Dr. Maya is a Psycho-oncologist and Health and Medical Psychologist based in Hyderabad, with 17 years of experience in mental health. As a Mental Health Lead, Consultant, Adjunct Faculty, Senior Corporate Trainer, and Professional Supervisor, she trains and mentors professionals while also influencing institutional policy and practice. As an educator, she delivers courses on Counseling Skills and Neuropalliative Care, and she actively publishes and reviews for Indian & international journals. She has worked at the interface of clinical practice, leadership, and behavioral science to develop high-impact mental health interventions. Dr. Maya is highly committed to developing compassionate, person-centered therapies and has experience working with end-of-life care patients, vulnerable populations, and LG BTQIA+ communities. She challenges traditional approaches to mental health by combining cutting-edge research, behavioral science, and compassionate leadership to redefine well-being in professional and clinical settings. Dr. Maya “strongly believes that we all need to give ourselves another chance despite life’s odds and seeking help through therapy is that tool which can help us all achieve it”.
