In Chef’s words :
“I discovered from a young age the love of cooking thanks to my grandparents, with whom I spent all my summers. My grandfather had a large vegetable garden where we spent most of our time and I loved cooking with my grandmother.
At the age of 18, with my cooking diploma in my pocket, I decided to leave the family home to travel the roads of France.
I worked in many renowned gastronomic restaurants that allowed me to discover the different regional French cuisines and to perfect myself in my art.
It was after that, that I had the honor of working in starred restaurants (Michelin star), where I had many crucial meetings in my career.
Passionate about Asia and traveler in the soul, I oriented myself in fusion cuisine inspired by the French gastronomy of my childhood and the flavors of Asian cuisine.
In 2004, after 16 years of practice, I decided to share my passion by teaching cooking in high schools in France.”
